Training Day #33 (1/2/11), #34, #35, #36, #37, #38, #39, #40, #41, #42, #43, #44, # 45, #45: Getting Used to the New Surroundings!

Well. I have seriously broken my promise about this whole training thing. Can you blame me though? I am trying to get used to new surroundings, looking for a job, getting used to living with both my girlfriend and roommate, helping a friend through some drug problems. My plate is so full. And the fact that I am starting my own business called MyIdeaUs really eats up a lot of time. The solution? Stay focused on training and work. Today (2/17/11) I seriously want to start P90X up. I never felt stronger.

During this period I was fairly sedentary in regards to a rigurious workout plan however I was packing and moving. Up from Santa Barbara and off to San Dimas.

Redecision Time

Okay, I know what I posted below earlier today but I have redecided. I want to restart P90X tomorrow. In the past month I have been weightlifting, biking, and hiking and I decided that I can dedicate 10 minuts a day to updating this blog. Stay tuned!
